Working across the NHS and private practice, Dr Reason provides specialist assessments in dementia, general neuropsychology and mental capacity, alongside interventions for people with dementia, neurological conditions, and complex, long-term mental health needs. She also offers professional advice, consultation, and supervision.
Care is tailored to the individual and delivered with a clear, compassionate, and collaborative approach, supporting individuals, families, and professionals to understand difficulties and plan appropriate next steps.
Dr Reason has extensive knowledge of local services and works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, well-informed care.
